Larry, Your best bet is to see what Qualcomm say about this adapter card and also search for it in Amazon then read the customer reviews to see if others have made it work with Windows 10. I agree that, in general, the driver should be sourced from the maker. However, keep this issue in mind when reading the Amazon customer reviews as they might identify suitable sources.

Just by way of example, when I replaced a WiFi card with a combined WiFi-Bluetooth card last year several Amazon reviews pointed out that Dell etc also provided drivers because they used the card concerned on their computers [and Dell drivers, like those of the other major makers, will have originated from the adapter card maker albeit with some customisation having been done to them].
